Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the omtogel website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by Omtogel ("we", "us", "the Company"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the omtogel Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the omtogel Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by the Company to Users, subject to specific bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "Company" or "Omtogel" refers to the legal entity operating the Platform under international licensing.
• "Funds" means any monetary value deposited into a User's Account balance, expressed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless otherwise specified.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals and other account actions are permitted.
• "Platform" refers to the omtogel website, associated mobile interface, and all services accessible thereunder.
• "User" or "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be bet or staked before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the omtogel Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the Platform. This requirement is strictly enforced through KYC verification. Registration by persons under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited.
2. Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and to use online gambling services in your jurisdiction.
3. Personal account: You must register solely in your own name and on your own behalf. You may not register on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party.
4. One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.
5. Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with any gambling operator, including omtogel itself.
6. Jurisdictional compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Company accepts no liability for your use of the Platform in any jurisdiction where such use may be restricted or prohibited.

Account Registration

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the lifetime of your Account.

4.1 Registration Information

You will be required to provide, at minimum: your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a Malaysian mobile phone number, and a chosen password. All fields must reflect accurate personal information — the use of aliases, fictitious names, or another person's details is grounds for immediate account closure.

4.2 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, the Company requires completion of KYC verification. You will be required to submit:

• A valid government-issued photo ID — Malaysian MyKad (IC) or passport.
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months).
• A selfie photograph holding your ID, if requested by the compliance team.
• Proof of payment method ownership where deposits exceed prescribed thresholds.

KYC reviews are typically completed within 1–4 hours during business hours. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is your responsibility. Notify the Company immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

Terms of Use

By using the omtogel Platform, you agree to the following general terms of use:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
• You will not attempt to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent any Platform feature, game, or promotional system.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any manner not intended for human users.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion with other players, particularly in poker, live dealer, or other multiplayer game formats.
• You will not make chargebacks or payment reversals in respect of genuine gambling losses. Chargebacks are treated as fraud and will result in immediate account suspension and legal recovery proceedings.
• You accept that all games on the Platform are based on random outcomes and that the Company makes no guarantee of winnings.
• You will treat all Platform support staff and other users with respect. Abusive or threatening behaviour is grounds for immediate termination of your Account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

The Platform supports the following payment methods for Malaysian users: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, DuitNow, FPX bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency, and 7-Eleven Cliqq cash vouchers. Supported methods are subject to change at the Company's discretion.

6.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: MYR 30 (e-wallets); MYR 100 (bank transfer / crypto equivalent).
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will trigger a compliance review.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited at the MYR equivalent rate at the time of blockchain confirmation. Exchange rate fluctuations are not the Company's liability.
• The Company reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits exceeding prescribed thresholds.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are processed only to verified payment accounts in the User's own name.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals: 15–45 minutes subject to blockchain load.
• Processing times stated are typical estimates only and are not contractual guarantees. High-traffic periods (e.g., post-EPL weekends) may extend processing times.
• The Company reserves the right to perform enhanced verification on withdrawal requests exceeding MYR 10,000 or where unusual activity is detected.

6.4 Inactive Account Fees

Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or bet activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A monthly administration fee of MYR 50 or the remaining balance (whichever is less) may be deducted from dormant account balances. Users will be notified by email prior to any deduction.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by omtogel are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

1. Bonuses are intended for recreational players. The Company reserves the right to decline or revoke any bonus where evidence of bonus abuse, systematic exploitation, or coordinated wagering strategies is identified.
2. Each User is eligible for welcome bonuses only once, on their first qualifying deposit. Duplicate accounts created to claim a welcome bonus will be permanently suspended.
3. Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of between 20x and 35x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. The specific multiplier is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer titles may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–25%).
4. Bonuses have an expiry period stated in their individual terms. Unmet wagering requirements at expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5. Minimum odds for sports bets contributing to bonus wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms. Mix Parlay bets may have specific eligibility criteria.
6. Cashback promotions are calculated on net losses over the specified period and are credited to the User's Account within 24 hours of the period end.
7. The Company may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Sports Betting

Omtogel offers sports betting markets covering a wide range of events including the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, UFC, NBA, and other major sports. The following rules apply to all sports wagers:

• All bets are accepted subject to the betting markets and odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change before confirmation.
• Bets accepted in error (including at manifestly incorrect odds) may be voided by the Company. Players will be notified and stakes returned.
• For live (in-play) betting, the Company's decision on the state of play at the time a bet is accepted is final.
• Mix Parlay bets require all selections to be correct for a payout to be made. A void in any selection may result in the entire parlay being settled at reduced odds depending on the applicable rules stated at the time of placement.

8.2 Casino Games

• All casino games (slots, live dealer, bingo, poker, lottery) are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live-streamed via certified game studios.
• Technical malfunctions during a game session will be handled in accordance with the relevant game provider's rules. Where a clear determination cannot be made, the Company's decision is final.
• The Company reserves the right to restrict maximum bet sizes on any game at any time, including for players suspected of using professional advantage-play strategies.

8.3 Togel / Lottery

Lottery and togel draw results are determined by certified random number draws. Results are published on the Platform immediately following each draw. No claims for errors in result entry will be accepted after results are published and accepted by the User.

Responsible Gambling

Omtogel is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The following player-protection tools are available directly from your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap your maximum losses over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts and automatic session termination after a specified play duration.
• Reality Check Alerts: Periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing and your net position for the session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary exclusion (minimum 24 hours, up to 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion directly through customer support. Permanent exclusions are irrevocable.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register using false, fraudulent, or stolen identity documentation.
• Operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Collusion between two or more players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage, including chip-dumping in poker.
• Exploiting Platform errors, software bugs, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any financial crime, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Initiating payment chargebacks or reversals in respect of genuine gambling losses or legitimately settled bets.
• Harassment, abuse, threats, or discriminatory conduct directed at Platform staff or other users.

Intellectual Property

All content on the omtogel Platform, including but not limited to its design, graphics, text, logos, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of the Company. Unauthorised use of Platform intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, omtogel and its directors, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform due to technical maintenance, force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, or cyberattacks.
• Any losses arising from a User's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Any decisions made by a User in reliance on information contained on the Platform, including odds, game outcomes, or promotional details.

The Company's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment instruments.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following request.
• Initiation of chargebacks or payment disputes by the User.
• Concerns regarding the User's wellbeing or responsible gambling status.

Upon closure of an Account, any remaining verified and unrestricted balance (i.e., real money deposits minus applicable forfeiture provisions) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, following satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Users may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated and licensed, which may differ from the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Company's country of incorporation, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, game result, or account decision, you must first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. The Company's customer support team is available 24/7 via live chat and aims to resolve disputes within 5 business days.

Amendments to These Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will provide at least seven (7) days' notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, sending a notification to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.

The current version of these Terms is always accessible from the footer of every page on the Platform. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
